Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are accepting all my terms and conditions below:
🦋 The final artwork is ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE, you, the commissioner, are not allowed to use it to gain profit / make money in any way (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, etc)
🦋 NONE OF MY ARTWORKS CAN BE USED IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY (including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space)
🦋 I, the artist, am NOT RESPONSIBLE if the client fails to read the terms of services.
🦋 This is a paid service for a DIGITAL PRODUCT OR GOODS. No physical products are shipped.
🦋 Payment is via PayPal or Ko-fi
🦋 The time it takes to make a commission may be aprox a month or less depending on the commission.
🦋 Once the sketch has been aproved there will be NO REFUNDS.
🦋 If the commission is cancelled before the sketch is aproved you receive the refund less the price of sketch.
🦋 I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse a commission by any reasons.

Process:
1. Fill the order form and submit.
2. I´ll messages you after accepting the commission and send you an invoice (Full payment)
3.Once the sketch is sent. You can ask for changes here. If a change is made on the lineart/coloring phase (unless they are small changes) i may charges extra for it.
4. The delivery of the final artwork will be sent via E-mail in PNG format.

Términos y Condiciones

Al comisionarme esta aceptando todos los términos y condiciones siguientes:
🦋 La obra de arte final es SOLO PARA USO PERSONAL, usted, el cliente, no puede usarla para obtener ganancias / ganar dinero de ninguna manera (revender, redistribuir, cargar a los servicios POD, etc.)
🦋 NINGUNA DE MIS OBRAS DE ARTE PUEDE UTILIZARSE EN NINGUNA TECNOLOGÍA RELACIONADA CON BLOCKCHAIN (incluyendo NFT, criptomonedas o futuras invenciones en el espacio)
🦋 Yo, el artista, no me hago responsable si el cliente no lee los términos de los servicios.
🦋 Este es un servicio pago por un PRODUCTO O BIENES DIGITALES. No se envían productos físicos.
🦋 El pago es a través de PayPal
🦋 El tiempo que toma hacer una comisión puede ser de aproximadamente un mes o menos dependiendo de la comisión.
🦋 Una vez aprobado el boceto NO HABRÁ DEVOLUCIONES.
🦋 Si la comisión se cancela antes de que se apruebe el boceto, recibes el reembolso menos el precio del boceto.
🦋 Yo, el artista, me reservo el derecho de rechazar un encargo por cualquier motivo.

Proceso:
1. Complete el formulario de pedido y envíelo.
2. Le enviaré un mensaje después de aceptar la comisión y le enviaré un invoice (Pago total)
3.Una vez enviado el boceto. Puedes solicitar cambios aquí. Si se realizara un cambio en la fase del lineart/coloreado (a menos que sean cambios pequeños), es posible que cobre un extra por ello.
4. El envío del arte final se realizará vía E-mail en formato PNG.
